For services requiring deeper diagnostics — such as opening cases, running hardware stress tests, or advanced virus scans — the booking fee is applied toward a $100 first-hour service charge, with additional time billed at $50 per hour. All work is approved by you before continuing, ensuring no surprises and no hidden fees.
Unlike traditional shops tied to storefronts or van routes, we bring professional IT care directly to your home or business — with upfront travel pricing you can count on:
